By far the best dentist office I've ever been to. I've recommended them to my family and friends. They're super... friendly, make it easy and convenient, and are extremely good at easing nerves. I am the type of person that doesn't mind doctor's aside from dentist and I LOVE this office. Although garlic has a strong smell of its own, the cloves have the potential to kill the strongest bacteria. Several cloves of garlic can easily alleviate tonsil stones symptoms as this is rich in an antimicrobial agent- allicin.
The UK health research body Cochrane is currently assembling a review of the scientific literature on interventions for bad breath. In their previous review of mouthwashes in 2008, the five best trials showed that if they contained anti-bacterials such as chlorhexidine and cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorine dioxide or zinc, they could reduce unpleasant smells to an extent. But the authors did call for more trials to be done. Hopefully this next review will be able to give more information about which mouthwashes to choose.

Another great way you can try to remove them is you start using mouthwash in the morning and right after you eat before bed. This way any food particles stuck in there loosen up or just fall right out. Another thing you can do is gargle with some warm salt water. This is a great way to make loose tonsil stones fall right out of your tonsils and of course, you just spit them into the sink. You suggest grabbing some luke warm water and add enough salt that it is useful but not super unpleasant to have in your mouth. Then gargle to try to knock the bacteria out. You can do this as many times as you want but we recommend three times.
The tonsils are relatively soft pieces of tissue at the back of the throat. Debris such as saliva, mucus, and food particles can collect at the back of the mouth and become trapped in a pocket of soft tissue. Over time, the debris can harden. The presence of the stone invites fungi and bacteria to feed. It is the accumulation of microorganisms around the stone that leads to bad breath.

Visit your dentist on a regular basis. Regular checkups can find problems, such as gum disease, infections, and dry mouth. If you have bad breath and the dentist can’t find a cause, you may be referred to your primary healthcare provider for more follow-up.
